Extend Setup Boxes / Display Entries and Invalidations

When enabled, the system will extend valid trade setup boxes until invalidated or a HTF MSB is confirmed

When enabled, the system will display circle labels at confirmed entries based on the selected entry mode and grey circle labels when unentered trades are invalidated. You can hover over these labels for additional information.
